The 40K Applicator Head

The head is a wide, flat metal disc on a tapered body — wider than a facial probe by a clear margin. That shape is the point: a broad flat face spreads the output over a larger patch of skin and lets you sweep continuously instead of making many small passes.

It rests upright in the docking ring when not in use, and the whole unit is light enough to move between rooms without unplugging anything.

Front Panel, in Plain Sight

The energy display and status lights sit directly under the docking ring, with the Energy − and Energy + keys flanking the on/off key. Long-press the on/off key for about two seconds and the third status light comes on — that is the manual’s signal that you can now set the level.

The back panel carries a hard power switch: I for on, O for off. Flipping it to O and unplugging the adapter is what the manual asks for after every session.

How to Use

1. Stand the unit somewhere cool with the fan at the base unobstructed, so heat can escape.
2. Connect the treatment handle, then connect the power adapter.
3. Prepare the skin, then apply a conductive gel so the head glides rather than drags.
4. Long-press the on/off key for about two seconds until the third status light comes on — the level is now adjustable.
5. Set the energy with the Energy − / Energy + keys. Start low and increase only when the glide feels comfortable.
6. Glide the head slowly in continuous passes, working in circles over each area. The manual’s suggested routing for the arms is from the elbow towards the armpit and back again, repeated several times.
7. For the abdomen, the manual suggests gliding slowly from the upper abdomen downwards, then switching to circular passes. Keep overlapping so no patch is skipped.
8. Do not exceed 30 minutes of continuous work with the head. Switch off, let it cool for about 5 minutes, then continue if you need to.
9. Afterwards, press the on/off key, flip the rear switch to O, unplug the adapter, and wipe the head clean for next time.

Safety Notes

Electrical. Do not use the device if the cable is damaged or gets hot. Never unplug it while it is running, and never use a power lead that is not the one supplied. Keep hands dry during operation.
